Compliance notes
6 on fileAutomated trading ALLOWED on all plans
MFF support (Emma, 2026-07-10): algos fine on evaluation, sim-funded and live; no HFT; automation must not exploit favourable sim fills.

Tier-1 news blackout on Rapid/Pro sim-funded
Flat from 2 min before to 2 min after Tier-1 releases (FOMC, FOMC minutes, NFP, CPI). Evaluation stage: news trading fully allowed. Flex/Builder sim-funded: allowed.

Bangladesh eligible; payouts via Riseworks
Can purchase accounts and request payouts; ACH is US-only.

$10k/day live-transition trigger — UNSOURCED
PROPFIRM-ACCOUNT-PROTOCOL.md mentions an MFFU $10k/day live-transition trigger, but no primary source is recorded in the compliance file and the registry has no field for it. Treated as UNVERIFIED and NOT modelled anywhere on this site.

Flex 25K retired — discontinued by MFFU
MFFU discontinued the Flex plan on 2026-08-05 (existing holders only). The two Flex 25K pages here were data-less stubs; Arman ratified retiring them on 2026-08-24 rather than running a battery for a SKU that cannot be purchased. No Flex account was ever battery-tested on this site.

Pricing is 40% off list (MRP), one-time — Arman's standing rule
Every MFFU evaluation on this site is a ONE-TIME purchase (MFFU plans pages, read 2026-08-31: "One-time payment, no renewals", $0 activation) — the earlier monthly-billing wording was wrong. The registry price is the DECISION price under Arman's 2026-08-31 standing rule for MFFU: 40% off the list price (0.60 x MRP; that day the live code was 50% off), because a promo is almost always running. Rapid has no reset product — a retry is a fresh purchase at the same price. ⚠️ OPTIMISTIC: every fee figure assumes a promo of at least that depth is live at every rebuy; at full list price all fees scale by 1/0.60. List: Rapid $145/$209/$356/$463, Pro $265/$401/$557, Builder $105/$125. TWO EXCEPTIONS were NOT repriced and keep their earlier recorded one-time prices: Rapid EOD 50K ($157, limited-time SKU) and Pro One-Day 50K ($227) — neither is a 0.60 x list figure.

Standing caveats4
- Fill model is optimistic: touch fills, zero net slippage, entry-bar SL/TP not checked inside the fill minute. Simulated results are not expected live results.
- Rolling-cohort starts overlap and share trades — pass rates and payout rates from overlapping windows are NOT independent samples; n_eff is stated wherever rates are compared.
- Rules on this page are rendered verbatim from the registry in
backtests/spec_suite/propfirm_rules.py. Registry entries flagged ⚠️ / UNVERIFIED are reproduced with their flags — an unflagged number is only as good as the registry's own sourcing. - MES-centric, recent-regime edge (2024+). Nothing here is a forward test and nothing here promotes a method variant (EXTENDED-TEST-SPEC §7).
